Treasury and foudation

I. Foundational Policy

​Bokito creates value. Assets do the same - but intrinsically.
This is why Article 1 of the treasury policy states:
"The turnover and excess capital of the foundation will always be allocated by the Treasury Committee to increase the holdings of precious metals in Bokito's audited vaults."

II. Treasury Committee

The foundation manages the $BSILVER reserves, while the Treasury Committee is responsible for their operational oversight. The DAO acts as an elected supervisory body, proposing new policies and holding a seat on the Treasury Committee.

III. Asset Increase Policy

The profits generated from exchanging collectibles will be strategically reinvested to increase the precious metal reserves backing $BSILVER to ensure liquidity. This process runs parallel to covering operational costs.
